Seminar Upper-level Executives as Change Managers in the Company

Mastering change processes within the company has become a major part of managerial responsibility. If you wish to implement change within your company it will be vital to ensure that your upper-level managers can successfully master the tasks which they will have to face.

Aims:

  • Improvement of change management skills
  • Creating awareness of the prerequisites for success in the change process
  • An overview of change management theory
  • Planning your own procedural steps back home
  • Identifying experience which will be useful for the current change process

Contents:

  • The fundamentals of successful change management
  • Planning and implementation of promising activities in one's own area of responsibility
  • Specific roles and tasks of upper-level management in the implementation
  • Attitudes and behaviour which affect the success of the change process
  • Process and guidance architectures
  • Mastering critical situations and resistance
  • Jointly securing the success of changes within the management team

Methods:

  • Case studies, trainer input, work in small groups

Participants:
Upper-level management (criterion: leadership of complex organisational sections), max. 12 participants

This seminar has been well-received in practice, and varying versions of it are implemented on a regular basis by me, both for management and — in modified form — for internal consultants.
