Juergen Peterke, educationalist, studies in adult education, psychology and philosophy. Since 1993 self-employed management consultant, executive coach and trainer.

Between 1984 and 1988, Juergen founded and managed a psycho-social institute and acted as a management trainer to well-known companies. His career began in the German Army where, from 1972, he was a company commander, lecturer, and practice consultant at a leadership training college.

Kevin O´Cuinn – English native speaker, trainer and coach with many years´ experience in business contexts at all levels of management with multi-nationals in Germany, France, Hungary, Slovakia. His educational background is in pedagogy and linguistics.

Kevin´s forte is creative problem-solving in business environments for individuals and and groups. He offers support on a personal, behavioral and professional level.

His eclectic experience includes training personnel from the fields of aircraft maintenance, as well as the automotive, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Specialist areas are problem-solving methodology, team-building, business presentations, and negotiations to HR, technical and sales employees. He is also a highly regarded language coach to top-tier management executives.

Kevin enjoys outdoor activities and is a part-time fiction writer and editor.
