
Juergen Peterke, educationalist, studies in adult education, psychology and philosophy. Since 1993 self-employed management consultant, executive coach and trainer.
Between 1984 and 1988, Juergen founded and managed a psycho-social institute and acted as a management trainer to well-known companies. His career began in the German Army where, from 1972, he was a company commander, lecturer, and practice consultant at a leadership training college.

Juergen especially enjoys the challenge of leadership development in matrix driven organisations, development of intercultural management teams, as well as dealing with difficult change processes and leadership situations. He provides successful on-the-spot support across all hierarchical levels in devising concrete operational solutions.
His clients value the pragmatic company-specific approach. Juergen´s support enables his partners discover, develop and implement value-adding solutions. He acts on their behalf as a sparring partner, impulse provider, mobiliser and integrator in challenging projects involving the development of the company or one of its divisions.
Dogmas and inflexible fixation on a particular school of thought are not his style — Juergen follows an all-round, results-oriented approach and relies on an integrative spectrum of methods, tried and tested intuition and many years of hands-on experience. He also attaches great importance to direct personal contact with people within the company.
Juergen´s approach is confirmed by the success he has enjoyed. Much of his work has been with the aerospace industry — which is possibly connected with his passion for flying. For several years Juergen has lived and worked in both Germany and Serbia, where his wife is a university lecturer. He is interested in further developing ties to companies in Serbia, as well as in other Central and Eastern European countries. He has worked in projects - besides in Germany - in Austria, Belgium, China, France, Ireland, The Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the USA.
Juergen has taken part in numerous courses on strategic management and change management, as well as personality-oriented consulting (with several years' study of the 'Gestalt' and systemic approach, including studies in the USA with P. Watzlawick, F.B. Simon, Lore Perls) and coaching (CTI London). His working languages are German and English, while he has a basic - though growing - knowledge of Serbian.

When the project requires this, Juergen has recourse to an extensive network of experienced consultants and trainers with whom he has successfully collaborated in the past. These colleagues have all had at least 5 years' experience in management consulting and skills coaching. Most of them have also held positions of responsibility within large companies and are accordingly familiar with the internal perspective.
Professional competence and experience are factors, which unite all these partners and Juergen ensures that they are suited to the project and the company involved.
